What the project can include
- Booking rules or package entitlements
- Customer account and confirmation flow
- Cancellation, expiry and delivery handling
Illustrative project
A course customer can receive access after a verified payment. Repeated payment notices must not create duplicate orders; refunds should update access according to the terms.
From idea to delivery
- Brief: define users, current tools, country and desired result.
- Scope: agree deliverables, fee, responsibilities and acceptance criteria in writing.
- Build: review a working first version and test the important journeys.
- Handover: document ownership, access, updates and any agreed support.
What to include in your enquiry
Your sector and country, target users, current tools, one example of the problem, approximate budget and preferred timing. You do not need a technical specification to start.
The scope is assessed individually. Provider subscriptions, paid data, advertising and app-store fees are separate unless included in the written offer. Delivery dates and ongoing support are agreed before work begins.
