Privacy & enquiries
ITERAQ LTD (company number 16765559) handles enquiry details to respond to your request and discuss a possible service. We collect the name/company, email, country, sector and project details you choose to submit.
Enquiry documents are stored in private hosting storage. Access is restricted to the configured company account. If email notifications are configured, the details are also sent to info@iteraq.com through our email provider. No marketing subscription is created.
For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@iteraq.com. We review retention according to the enquiry, any resulting agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not send payment-card information in this form.
Market panels load from TradingView and country data from the World Bank. These providers receive technical connection information when loaded. Academy purchase and delivery details are explained separately in the package terms.
For customer support and complaints, we also process the message and any order reference you provide to investigate and respond. Site search runs in your browser and does not submit your search words to ITERAQ.
ITERAQ mobile application
When you sign in, ITERAQ processes your email address, a short-lived verification challenge and a secure session to provide access to your purchases. Purchase records determine which guides and documents you can access. Email is delivered through Resend; the service runs on Cloudflare. Network information is used to limit abusive sign-in attempts.
The email code is valid for 10 minutes. A mobile session is valid for up to 30 days and can be ended with Sign out. The session token is kept in the device’s secure storage. Bookmarks, reading history, language and calculator inputs are local device data; purchased reading content is loaded over an internet connection.
PDF and Excel files use temporary app storage when you choose Save or share. Copies you save or send through another application are controlled by that application and are not removed by signing out. Signing out removes the app’s session and temporary delivery files. This app version includes no advertising or analytics SDK. The app does not request access to contacts, location or the camera. Opening support email, privacy information or a document sharing sheet uses the corresponding device application.
Your saved account goal, checklist and practice journal are stored privately on our server and linked to your verified email, so they can be opened from the website and mobile app. They are not shared with other members. Removing local app data does not delete these account records. You can export your practice notes from the website even after a learning pass expires. Do not enter passwords, wallet recovery phrases or bank card details in notes. Saved finance scenarios, virtual trades and knowledge-check answers are linked to your email on our server and synced between the web and app. Online lab access ends with the paid period. One current browser session and one mobile session are allowed per account; a new verified sign-in replaces the earlier session on that channel. This does not prevent screenshots or copying downloaded files. Contact info@iteraq.com to request your account data or deletion.

Your email, order reference, payment-review status and delivery status are stored privately for account and order management. Stripe handles payment details; ITERAQ stores the reconciliation reference, not card details. Email links and order confirmations use the configured mail provider.
