Listed ITERAQ packages are personalised digital services delivered electronically. Package descriptions explain the intended scope. They are not guarantees of employment, investment returns, business success or any specific result.

3. Price and payment

The price displayed at checkout is the price charged, including applicable taxes where required. Listed packages are one-time purchases unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

4. Customer information

You must provide accurate and complete information needed to prepare the package. Delivery timing starts when complete information is received. Material scope changes may require a separate quotation.

5. Delivery

We contact buyers within one business day and normally deliver by email within 5–10 business days after receiving complete information. No physical item is shipped.

6. Young customers

For customers under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in the purchase and information process.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Because work is personalised, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If you expressly request work to begin during a cancellation period, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for work already performed. See the refund policy.
