Cancellation and refund policy

We want every order to be clear and fair. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights available to you.

Before personalised work starts

Contact info@iteraq.com as soon as possible. Where legally applicable, eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

After work has started

ITERAQ packages are personalised services. If you asked us to begin during a statutory cancellation period, applicable law may permit us to retain a proportionate amount for work already completed. We will explain the calculation clearly.

Completed digital delivery

If the delivered package is missing, inaccessible, materially different from the agreed scope or technically defective, contact us with your order number. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct, redeliver or refund it in line with applicable law.

How to request help

Email info@iteraq.com with your name, order number and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.
