Compare a business location by your actual activity, customers, residence and operating costs. Our regional focus includes founders based in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan and Russian-speaking entrepreneurs. A foreign company is not a substitute for checking obligations where you live and work.
Start with your business, then the country
- Define the activity: services, software, physical goods or marketplace.
- Identify where the owner works, where customers are and where stock or employees will be located.
- Check incorporation eligibility, local representation, licences and ongoing filings.
- Obtain current quotes for setup, address, accounting and annual compliance.
- Confirm banking and payment-provider eligibility before paying to incorporate.

Example: a founder in Azerbaijan considering an online store
Compare local operation with UK, US and Estonian options. Build a separate budget for each: formation, address or representation, accounting, recurring filings, payment fees, fulfilment, returns and tax advice. Record a source and date for every figure. Mark unresolved banking or payment eligibility as an open question, rather than assuming incorporation guarantees access.
For physical goods, include shipping, customs and returns. For software, include hosting, support and customer-location tax questions. For dropshipping, check supplier reliability, delivery promises and who handles refunds.
Banking and payments
Check Wise, Stripe, PayPal and your Shopify payment options directly for the business country, owners' residence, activity and documentation. We do not promise account approval or payment access. A Russian-language document does not imply support for Russian-issued payment cards.
Build a comparable cost sheet
Columns: country, legal form, one-time government fee, service-provider fee, recurring address or representative cost, accounting, filings, payment fees, evidence URL, date checked and unresolved questions. Keep one-time and annual costs separate. Convert currency consistently and record the date used.
Free guidance and personalised work
This is a free research starting point, not a complete incorporation service or country-specific legal opinion. Detailed country guides are being developed; no separate country-guide product is currently offered here. Startup Pack provides personalised planning based on your brief, while legal, tax, immigration and regulated advice require an appropriately qualified adviser.
