ITERAQ packages are personalised digital services. Your order confirmation and the completed work are separate steps. Nothing is physically shipped.
From payment to your package
- Payment confirmation: secure checkout confirms the purchase.
- Your account: sign in using the checkout email and open the correct order.
- Your information: complete the private form linked to that order. Check the package preparation list.
- Missing information: resolve any required details before preparation starts.
- Preparation and review: the personalised draft is checked before delivery.
- Completed work: open PDF and editable TXT in My Documents. Business financial templates and your saved scenarios are labelled separately.
- Notification and return: use your delivery notification or sign in again with the same email to reopen your work.
Email info@iteraq.com for support or when a request requires direct coordination. If a particular file must be handled by email, support will identify it; email support does not replace access to completed portal work.
Normal preparation times
Times start when complete information has been received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Normal preparation time starts after complete information is received; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Missing information or an agreed scope change may affect timing.
If information is incomplete or the scope changes, we will explain any effect on timing before continuing.
Cannot find an email or your delivered work?
Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. For help, email info@iteraq.com or use the contact form. Include your order number and package name. An order marked as paid confirms payment; it does not by itself confirm delivery of the personalised work.
Files and language
Your product page lists the PDF and any editable text or spreadsheet included. Tell us your country of residence, the country where the work will be used and your preferred document language separately. Use the package-specific information checklist.
Starter downloads, where included, are separate from completed personalised work. Your ITERAQ account provides package-dependent access to saved work and learning programs. Free tool previews are separate from the personalised service; account saving requires the relevant access. See fictional sample reports.
Your customer workspace
Sign in / My account with the email used at checkout. Request a one-time sign-in link, then open your order to provide the required information. Reopen a recoverable saved request from its order page; if ITERAQ review is required, contact info@iteraq.com with your order number instead of buying again.
Completed supported packages provide PDF and editable TXT, saved notes and action progress. Startup, Business Growth and Founder also provide an editable financial CSV. Before you enter and save financial figures, that CSV is labelled Blank financial template. After saving, it is a Saved scenario calculated from your figures. Neither is an AI forecast or a promised return.
Your own edits, free tool previews, starter templates and personalised paid work are separate. A requirements list is not a completed file. Payment status and work preparation status are shown separately in Orders & Billing. Use the same checkout email to return to your work.
Review before delivery
After complete information is received, the personalised draft is checked before it is marked ready. If a correction is needed, preparation continues with the saved request. A paid order is not the same as an approved or delivered document.
The website interface is in English. Use your browser translation controls if you prefer another reading language. The document output language is a separate choice: English, Turkish, Swedish or Azerbaijani. The target country does not automatically choose the document language.
