ITERAQ packages are personalised digital services. Your order confirmation and the completed work are separate steps. Nothing is physically shipped.
From payment to your package
- Order: choose a package and complete secure checkout.
- Confirmation: the order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
- Your information: ITERAQ contacts you within one business day to collect the details needed. Each product page includes a preparation list.
- Preparation: work begins after all required information is received.
- Delivery: the personalised digital package is sent by email within the time shown below.
Normal preparation times
Times start when complete information has been received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

If information is incomplete or the scope changes, we will explain any effect on timing before continuing.
Cannot find an email or your delivered work?
Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. For help, email info@iteraq.com or use the contact form. Include your order number and package name. An order marked as paid confirms payment; it does not by itself confirm delivery of the personalised work.
Files and language
Your product page lists the PDF and any editable text or spreadsheet included. Tell us your country of residence, the country where the work will be used and your preferred document language separately. Use the package-specific information checklist.
Starter downloads, where included, are separate from completed personalised work. A self-service document workspace is not currently included. See fictional sample reports.
