Define a repeatable quality check

For a fictional document service, the checklist confirms the customer, order, language, supplied facts, file format and readable output before delivery. One person prepares the work and a defined review checks the critical fields.

Your worksheet

Step; responsible person; input; output; acceptance check; exception path.

Check your work

Measure errors and rework as well as speed. Keep a version record so a corrected file is not confused with an earlier draft.
