What can I buy?
Five personalised packages are currently listed: Job, Future, Startup, Founder and Business Growth. Compare them on Packages & Pricing; the individual product page defines the included work.
Where is the payment button?
Open a package from the pricing page, select Add to cart, then choose Checkout in the cart. Request early preparation using the required cart checkbox before checkout. A request for information or a custom quote is not a paid order.
Is this a subscription?
The listed packages are one-time purchases. A custom project needs a separately agreed scope and price.
When do I receive my package?

Normal preparation time starts after complete information is received; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Missing information or an agreed scope change may affect timing.
Preparation starts after complete information is received. Sign in to My ITERAQ using your checkout email. Open the paid order and complete its private information form. Missing details must be resolved before preparation. The personalised draft is reviewed before completed files appear in My Documents. A delivery notification and support email help you return to the workspace. Payment confirmation is separate from completed work. Check the package-by-package timing. A payment confirmation is not the completed personalised work.
What should I prepare?
Each product page has a preparation list. Keep your order number available and provide the requested background, goal and target country. For business figures, distinguish actual results from estimates.
Can someone under 18 use the Future Pack?
A parent or guardian must place the order and coordinate the enquiry for an under-18 participant.
Are external AI subscriptions included?
No. Services from independent providers have their own accounts, prices and terms.
What is free, and what needs a package?
Free CV formatting, business simulation and digital budgeting use your own inputs. The CV tool does not automatically write or translate your text. Account saving needs the relevant package. Personalised paid work, your edits and blank templates are different outputs. Explore the tools.
How does the free spreadsheet template work?
The template tool on the Products & Tools page creates an editable CSV in your browser. It does not send your inputs to an AI service or save them to an ITERAQ account.

Can I use ITERAQ on my phone?
Yes. Use the website on Android or iPhone and add a home-screen shortcut for quick access. Follow our ITERAQ on your phone guide. The web shortcut guide describes browser access; installation and store availability depend on your device.
