This policy covers the login-free ITERAQ iOS app, version 1.0, provided by ITERAQ LTD, United Kingdom. It explains the app's business planner, calculators, guides and optional market-price requests. The ITERAQ website and its customer accounts are separate services covered by the website privacy policy.
Your plans stay on your device
Business-plan text, checklist progress and calculator entries are processed on your device. Saved planning information is held in the app's local storage; ITERAQ does not receive or upload it to a server. The app has no registration, account sign-in, purchase history or access to paid website resources.
You can edit or reset saved planning information in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Device backups may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings; those backups are controlled by you and Apple.
Sharing a plan
Exporting or sharing is optional and starts only when you choose the share action. Apple's system share sheet lets you select a destination. Information you share is then handled by that destination or recipient under their own privacy practices. ITERAQ does not receive a copy through this export feature.
Optional market data
When you choose to load or refresh market prices, the app connects directly to CoinGecko. This sends the network information needed for the request, including your IP address and request metadata. It does not send your plan, checklist, calculator entries, email address or an ITERAQ account identifier. The request uses a temporary network session without persistent cookies or stored sign-in credentials.
CoinGecko's privacy policy describes collection and retention of network and activity information to operate, secure, analyse and improve its services. IP addresses may identify or relate to you. CoinGecko controls its server-log retention; ITERAQ cannot erase those logs directly. Read CoinGecko's privacy policy for its practices, retention and privacy-request options. You can use the planner, calculators and guides without loading market prices.
Advertising, tracking and permissions
The app contains no advertising or advertising SDKs and does not use data for cross-app advertising tracking. It does not request your location, contacts, health information, camera or microphone. It does not access payment-card information or website customer accounts.
Support and external links
If you choose to contact us, we receive the contact details and message you send and use them to answer your request, maintain necessary support records and meet applicable obligations. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for support. External privacy or support links open your browser or email app; those services have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and contact
To change or remove your plan, use the app's editing and reset controls. To stop network requests, do not load or refresh market prices. To ask about support correspondence, request access, correction or deletion of information held by ITERAQ, or raise a privacy concern, contact info@iteraq.com. ITERAQ LTD is responsible for information it receives; requests concerning CoinGecko's logs should also be directed to CoinGecko through its privacy policy.
